Earl Grey
Earl Grey is an elderly Englishman who owns the London Tea Room. He is a short, loud, and cranky man who's just a bit mischievous. Earl has run his tea shop for decades, and has been competing with Oolong's shop since day one. Due to their rivalry over time, the other buildings on the street closed due to a lack of customers or their dismay at their constant arguing.
Despite a rough exterior, he has a sweet spot for tea and treasures his tea set.
Oolong
Oolong is an elderly Chinese man who owns the Green Leaf Tea House. He is a tall, arrogant, and spiteful man who's just a bit too smart for his own good. Oolong has run his tea shop for decades, having moved onto the street on the same day as Earl. Differing from Earl, he is more elegant in his movements and cautious, though will always try to get the last laugh.
Similarly to Earl, however, he also cares immensely about his tea and would love nothing more than to share the knowledge regarding it.
The Dragons
Bernie
Bernie is a European inspired dragon made from black tea, or more specifically Earl Grey black tea. He is Earl's Dragon. Bernie moves similarly to a great white shark. While he does have wings, they are used to tilt and adjust Bernie's direction, they do not flap like a bird. Bernie's horns are disconnected from his head and float just off of it. They have a similar consistency to jello and are an extension to his expressions.
Ozzie
Ozzie is a Chinese inspired dragon made from Oolong tea, he is Oolong's dragon. Ozzie moves similarly to a ribbon fish, his head guides the direction that his body goes while his body moves in a constant 'S'. A majority of the time, his head remains in a horizontal position unless moving into a new pose.
